Mr. Wolf is responsible for the development of all new campaigns, creating affiliated relationships and strategic alliances for club providers, service providers and list suppliers. In addition, he is actively involved with product development, product scripting, performance layouts, budgets, cash flow and receivables management, continuity analysis and corporate relationship management. Mr. Berndgen is responsible for the overall financial systems and daily operations of the company. He has been a practicing CPA since 1979. Michael is a graduate of Florida State University class of 1976, where he earned his accounting degree. In November of 1979 he received his CPA certification and worked for an accounting firm until 1986 when he started his own CPA firm in Hollywood, Florida. |

Mr. Eliasson is responsible for Suntasia’s and Guardian’s management information systems including all internal and external data transmission and security. Roy has been actively involved in the development of the companies technological applications and oversees both companies database programming, reporting, backup, networks, system maintenance, billing and bank processing. Prior to his involvement with Suntasia, he managed the processing division of Sky Plus Travel, Inc. in Orlando, FL. | ||||

Mr. Booth is responsible for all legal activities within Suntasia Marketing, Guardian Marketing Services, Inc. and all other affiliated companies. Don is licensed in Texas and approved as House Counsel in Florida. Don graduated from Baylor Law School in 1976 and spent his first eight years of his professional practice in trial law practice. He moved from working with a private law firm to In-House Counsel positions. Don brings years of knowledge and sound business practices to his position. | ||||

| Mrs. Weston brings a background of strong management skills both in sales and customer service. She worked with Suntasia Marketing through an affiliate company before joining the team as a Sales Manager and then progressing to Director of Customer Relations. This position involves making sure the CSRs are providing the customer with the highest possible customer care in an effective and efficient manner and using every tool possible to give a one call resolution and keep the customer. Doreen provides training on new products, keeping up with changes. Making sure the IVR is running efficiently, updating IVR scripts as necessary, running daily reports and daily and monthly backup of the system. | ![]() |
