Suntasia
has operated on predictive dialing platforms since 1996 when we
purchased our first Performer 2000 system, which earned its position
as the Suntasia
system of choice based on its advanced list management control,
proven reliability, and true 300ms transfer capability. Over the
years we assisted in the development of additional functionality
for the software specifically to meet our particular needs, and
in 2002 we purchased rights to the Performer Software. Through
our TeleQuick
Systems subsidiary we can now modify the software as needed to
adapt to changing requirements. We also have the ability to expand
our production without purchasing additional software licenses.

The integration of our dialing platform with digital recording technology results in the ability to create a voice print of each transaction that is immediately available for 100% real-time internal compliance audits, as well as for future retrieval by our clients, regulatory agencies, customer service departments, or banks and credit card companies. Our Audiolog recording systems are the same type used by many emergency response organizations (e.g. 911, fire and rescue, police, ambulance services) throughout the United States. All transactions are digitally recorded, archived by the customer's account number and date of sale, and stored in one of our centralized RAID servers, where the recordings are instantly retrievable on-line within our network, or can be made available through remote dial-up connections or FTP access, as needed.

Our
ability to obtain a final disposition on one phone call
eliminates the need for callbacks for third party verification,
and the immediate access of call recordings for internal
compliance means we can provide real-time data to our
floor managers to correct any issues that arise, further
increasing efficiency. Alternately, we have the ability
to transfer or conference prospects with automated verification
routines or external third party call centers, if so required.
This range of integrated compliance options, combined
with our proprietary dialing engines, efficient agent
interface, and powerful list management tools allows for
maximum productivity in today’s dynamic sales
environment.
