Suntasia places compliance as an absolute priority to protect the customers, partners and clients. We have placed the operating performance of each and every agent in a "glass box." There are 16 remote dial up modules established for blind monitoring capabilities. Suntasia clients know the name of each agent via a daily roster sitting at each seat. Every sale is digitally recorded and archived via the customers home telephone number and accessible by dialing into a 5 terabyte teleserver where we can easily access recordings on demand. The Guardian affiliate of Suntasia employs 48 compliance officers that audit 100% of sales generated and validates phone number indexing and recording quality. Suntasia has developed a reporting module that provides statistical data by campaign, day, shift, agent or hour. The audit reporting is distributed daily to all sales personnel to ensure proper retraining and education. DVD and remote backups are stored in the event of a disaster. Client data and database information is housed separately between Suntasia Marketing and Guardian Marketing Services. Unique record identifiers access both operating modules but each have firewall protection and are encrypted.
